New Zealand is filled with pristine natural environments, one of the most intriguing and dramatic is the black sand found in a number of beaches scattered across the country. Black sand is heavy, glossy, and magnetic. It's formed largely from volcanic activity and provides a stunning canvas for photography. The dark tones in the sand helps bring out subtle textures, particularly in low light. In this shot I've used Lightroom to accentuate some of this beautiful detail, it's definitely one of my favourite environments to shoot in.

Deep Yellow is a small design studio based in Kosovo that produce some astonishing design resources and posters. Recently I found their work floating around on Pinterest and felt it deserved a bit more exploration - and of course a few backlinks to their site. As mentioned in their Behance bio, they are working towards bringing some world-class design resources online.
This incredible apartment and living room design by Cometa is a definitive example of small space architecture. It’s situated near Barcelona’s Olympic Marina where price and space are at a premium.
